Booking And Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service possible and reserve dedicated time for each client, the following booking policy applies to all appointments-

Booking Deposit

An $80 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time!

Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total and is not an additional fee

Rescheduling

I understand that schedules can change, things happen!

If you need to reschedule your appointment, your $80 deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date one time

To qualify for a deposit transfer, rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment!

Cancellations and No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable

The $80 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee if:

  • Your appointment is canceled

  • You fail to keep your scheduled appointment

  • You request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice

Additional Reschedules

The original deposit may only be transferred once

Any additional appointment changes will require a new $80 booking deposit to secure a future date

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client! This policy helps ensure availability, fairness, and efficient scheduling for all clients
